In December, the Oversight Committee met for the second time. The main topic of the meeting was the design of the G1000 Agricultural programme. The committee members discussed how this design could best contribute to the realisation of the seven central values of the G1000: autonomy, equality, dialogue, diversity, commonality, transparency and security. Besides many clarifying questions, the members critically considered the rules of dialogue, the role of participants and possible compensation for their efforts, the diversity of the process, the intended outcome of the G1000 Agriculture, and the locations for the events. The committee regards the G1000 as a very important initiative for the Netherlands and a very interesting experiment.
